4Ever Lytes has been designed and tested for everyone; it provides essential minerals and electrolytes for optimal performance. A very important factor in rehydration is to ensure adequate intake of electrolytes (potassium, chloride, sodium, magnesium). It is clear that restoring fluids and electrolytes during and after exercise is critical for performance, recuperation and overall health. The precision blend of minerals and electrolytes in 4Ever Lytes provides energy to the working muscles and replaces electrolytes lost during exercise or competition. The 6% carbohydrates in 4Ever Lytes (2 scoops = 32 grams of carbohydrates, divided by the amount of water 500ml will give you the ratio of carbohydrates, in solution 4Ever Lytes is exactly 6.4%) is the optimal ratio for balancing energy production and fluid replacement during prolonged activity (any form of activity or exercise 1 hr. or longer)
4Ever Lytes has been lightly sweetened and flavored to provide easy digestion and encourage consumption. (Without adding large amounts of sodium to make you thirsty, as some of the other sports drinks claim)! I personally have yet to see one study that will support the use of high amounts of sodium in a "sports drink" during exercise, or while exercising in hot humid climates!
What's In It?
Electrolytes and Minerals: Potassium, Magnesium, Sodium, Chloride, Citric Acid.
Dextrose: Quick acting carbohydrate that helps transport minerals to the working muscles via the bloodstream.
Fructose and Maltodextrin: Slow release carbohydrates that enter the bloodstream at a much slower rate than dextrose. These slower release carbohydrates provide sustained energy production and stable blood sugar levels.
Citric acid (Citrates): The main part of the "Krebs Cycle" or Citric Acid Cycle (common energy pathway) provides the ability to produce more energy, thus delaying the onset of fatigue and reducing lactic acid build-up.
Potassium, Chloride, Sodium citrate: All work together to maintain proper fluid balance within the body.
Magnesium Citrate: Essential for converting blood sugar (glucose) into energy. Magnesium also effects nerve and muscle function making it important for maintaining normal blood pressure and a healthy heart. Many people lack magnesium in their diets, athletes in particular have a higher demand for it and magnesium will help to prevent muscle cramping.

Directions: Mix one rounded scoop (17.5g) in 250 mL (8 oz) of water. Consume 4Ever Lytes 20 minutes prior to exercise. Hydrate with 4Ever Lytes often durning exercise and 30 minutes post exercise.
